Mounties are looking for two men in connection with an armed robbery at a Red Deer Esso station Friday night in which a knife was held up to the clerk.
RCMP were called to the gas station at 4745 32nd St. around 10:30 p.m. after two men, one of them armed with a knife, demanded cash from the staff member.
The two men were later seen heading north away from the station. No one was hurt.
Police describe the first man to be in his early 20s, about five-foot-eight, with a medium build. He was wearing a black zip-up hoodie with the words Ecko Unltd. in white lettering on the front left, and a red and white Ecko Unltd. rhinoceros logo on the black, as well as a white bandana over his face.
He was carrying a small knife.
The second man is also described to be in his early 20s, about five-foot-eight, with a skinnier build than the first man. He was wearing a black zip-up hoodie with a logo on the side of the hood, and a white and black patterned bandana over his face.
Anyone who recognizes the individuals captured in the CCTV images from the scene is urged to contact police.
