In what’s being billed as a minor adjustment, Premier Rachel Notley will shuffle her cabinet Thursday.

Notley’s cabinet started with 12 members — six men and six women — a team so small several ministers have responsibility for multiple portfolios.
The cabinet will expand slightly and possibly add another member from Calgary.
Cabinet currently has six members from Edmonton, including Notley, and only three from Calgary.
The rest of the province is also severely under-represented, with just three ministers.
A news release issued at 7 p.m. Wednesday said simply: “Premier Rachel Notley will announce changes to her cabinet at Government House on Thursday Oct. 22.”
The announcement comes at 10 a.m.
